RULES FOR THE FREE A.C.T. "WHEEL OF FORTUNE" DRAWING

1.   MUST be 18 to play and a registered voter in the Kenai Peninsula Borough to win. Proof of voter registration and valid Alaska driver’s license is required to claim your prize.

2.   INCOMPLETE ENTRY FORMS WILL BE DELETED.

3.   Enter to win at the Kenai River Festival in Soldotna, 4^th of July in Kenai, Progress Days in Soldotna, Ninilchik Fair and other public events on the Kenai Peninsula by spinning the A.C.T. Wheel of Fortune. 

4.   If you land on a “money” space your name will be entered into the drawing for that specific prize.  You may enter at all events which will increase your chances of winning.

5.   You may enter to win at one event or all, but only one entry per event.  ALL DUPLICATE ENTRIES PER EVENT WILL BE DELETED.

6.   Drawing will be held on Tuesday, October 5 (Borough Election Day) at 8 pm. You do not need to be present to win.  We will contact each winner by email if not present. You must have a valid email address. You will get a FREE subscription to the A.C.T. e-Alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time after the drawing.

7.   You are only eligible to win ONE of the three cash prizes.  Once your name has been drawn, you will not be eligible for any subsequent drawings. 

8.   Two alternate winners for each prize will be drawn.  If the first winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, the second winner will be contacted and they will have 30 days to claim the prize, and so on.  If none of the three winners/alternate winners claims the prize, that cash will remain the property of ACT for whatever purpose they choose.
